Day 35 - July 17

By Atulya Berube
7 September

Arpan continued his torrid comeback with 69.1488 miles, his best day of the race. He trails fifth place by only three laps. The weather heated up to the low 80’s with high humidity, but the runners fitness level has definitely increased, making for less time spent in the medical area. The fifth week concluded with Ashprihanal Aalto still firmly in front, averaging 68.05 miles per day.
