Tejvan organises short-distance running and cycling races for the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team in his home city of Oxford. He is also a very good cyclist, having won the National hill climb championships in 2013 and finished 3rd in the National 100 Mile Time Trials in 2014.

Wei-Ming Lo, the 59–year old runner from New Taipei City, Taiwan (ROC). finished his 1000 mile opening adventure in the 3100 Mile in a time of 15 days+12:10:47.

Lo Wei Ming passes 1,000 Miles

It was Wei-Ming’s fourth time to the KiloMark. On Friday, there could be as many as four more people who could pass the thousand mark: Vasu Duzhiy, the Ten-Time finisher of the 3100 Mile Race; Nina (Yang Huang-Lan), the Taiwan runner from  Saitama Ken, Japan: Three-time finisher Harita Davies, originally from New Zealand, lives quite regularly in Jamaica, New York, USA: and finally- Mahasatya Janczak from Lublin, Poland. All four runners have a great chance of surpassing the 1000 Mile mark.  Vasu has only 11.3 miles to reach the 1000-mile mark. The other three runners have just over 50 miles more to reach the 1000-mile goal. It will be fun to see runners pass difficult marks in an inspired long-distance event.
