About the author:

Tejvan organises short-distance running and cycling races for the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team in his home city of Oxford. He is also a very good cyclist, having won the National hill climb championships in 2013 and finished 3rd in the National 100 Mile Time Trials in 2014.

With just two days to go, there is no let-up in the intensity for the runners as the remaining participants seek to fulfil their goals. Leading woman Susan Marshal had the day's top mileage with 64 miles. It leaves her needing just 63 miles to complete the 3100 Miles and the prospect of a possible finish late Monday evening (estimated finish time 11.00p m). Stutisheel also managed 62 miles which leaves him set to finish on the last day.

In the last week of the race, Huang Lan Yang has been hampered by a knee injury. It means she will not quite be able to finish the 3100 Miles but she continues to do what she can and happily stays on the course. Video in slideshow of passing 2,900 miles
