There was a little rain in the morning, then a nice and sunny day. Good for running, a little too cool for the helpers. We had a beautiful moon at night. The end of today’s day marked the exact half waypoint of the race.

In the morning we got one palette of very good water sponsored from the company Lauretaner. Many thanks!

Many of our team listened today to an interview, which our journalist friend Gerald on Tuesday gave on Radio Salzburg in Team-Talk with Lisa Santner on the 3100 Mile Race. Gratitude Gerald, well done!

Ushika reached halfway 1550 miles at 14:50. That means he has a 9-hour cushion. He thanked everybody and had a little celebration, just a few seconds, posing at the board and having an especially good snack while walking along the course for the first lap in the second half of the race. At midnight he had 105,4 km to his credit, which is most probably his best since day 1.

Congratulation Ushika!

Ananda-Lahari had one of his flying days. He covered more laps than we had on our counter sheet. Closing the day with a total of

127,3 km (79.1 miles)! Best mileage done in one day in this 3100 mile Race!!! Fantastic Ananda-Lahari!

He took not a single break in 18 hours of running; he was out on the course non-stop for the whole day.

Nirbhasa felt much better today. He covered 103,3 km and sticks to his new plan, always staying till midnight.

Andrea had again a little motivation problem in the morning but picked up momentum during the day and closed in his usual very dynamic manner the day at midnight with 109,5 km. Which gives him a 265 km gap ahead of Nirbhasa.

Milan is looking a little better. He covered 84,5 km and went home at 23:35.

Dear runners, all the Best for tomorrow!

The Fabulous Five continue the journey, and have reached the middle portion of the race. The days are getting shorter, the light is not as strong as earlier, and smell of Autumn is in the air. The top three are on pace to finish, and fourth place Ananda-Lahari is exercising his one day domination of the race. Kudos to the organizers in Salzburg, in Austria, and all the Sri Chinmoy Centres in Austria and Germany for tremendous support, as well as Italy, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and many of the Sri Chinmoy Centres in Europe. To pull this off in a pandemic, so far, is most admirable, and inspiring. Keep up the Good Work, and the inspiration. The runners are thanking you for allowing them to express their abilities and redeeming qualities that will peacefully igmite Good Will throughout the world. See you in a few laps.
