Galya, the second place runner, quickly celebrates his birthday on the run as Ashprihanal, the first place runner so far, passes the 2900 mile mark. As a world record finish by the Finnish runner is imminent, many celebrations are soon approaching for all the runners who have been striving hard to reach their own goals in this amazing race, which is more like a journey to the unknown.

In the following videos we witness the amazing support of friends as Galya receives a very nice present while still moving. Then we witness part of a very quick birthday celebration for Galya as he quickly has to move on to keep his streak of 70plus mile days alive which he has done since day one.
